§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Weingut Michi Lorenz. The contracting party is Weingut Michi Lorenz, Einöd 8, 8442 Kitzeck im Sausal, Austria.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer. You make a binding offer with your order; the contract is concluded with our order confirmation.
§ 3 Prices and shipping
All prices are in Euros and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout. We ship within the EU.
§ 4 Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right under § 11 FAGG to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins when you receive the goods. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded.
§ 5 Jurisdiction and applicable law
Austrian law applies, with the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Leibnitz, insofar as the customer is a business.
