Who is
Michi Lorenz?
Grew up between vine rows, three years in restaurant kitchens before studying, then back to Kitzeck. Michi took over his parents’ farm in 2014 and has patiently shifted the gear since: fewer wines, more honest labels, a few rooms in the old Weingartenhaus, a small kitchen alongside. Right, we’ll do it this way now, he says. And means it.
